How does this compare to Notion?

The editor surface is comparable. The difference: every Notion page is a doc that lives at a URL. Every Cortex note is a neuron that's also retrievable by meaning, callable from any AI, and scoped to a project — Notion doesn't do those last three.

Can I import from Notion or Markdown?

Markdown import works today. Notion direct import is coming soon — vote on /roadmap if you want it sooner.

Does the editor work offline?

Local edits stay in your browser; the editor reconciles when you're back online. Conflict resolution is per-block.

What about collaborative editing?

Real-time multi-user editing on shared neurons in team brains. Comments thread per block. Drag updates broadcast to everyone viewing.

Can I extend the editor with custom blocks?

A custom-block SDK is on the roadmap. The 22 built-in types cover most workflows — tell us what's missing on /roadmap.
